The Cello Studio is located in Watertown, MA and currently has limited availability for the fall term.  If you are interested in lessons please email me and I will contact you about any available openings. Lessons are available weekday afternoons and evenings as well as all day Saturday. Current students click HERE to access the For Students section of this website. Here are some of the benefits of being a part of the Cello Studio: Private Instruction: Taking private lessons is the best way to improve quickly. Through technical excercises and etudes, scales and the solo cello repertoire students can become more comfortable playing their instrument, more confident performing and have more fun making music.

Concerts: All members of the Cello Studio will perform at least three times a year. Ashima's Cello Studio puts on solo recitals in December and May at the Longy School of Music in Cambridge and in March students also participate in the Family and Friends Concert in which each student performs chamber music works with friends, family or other cellists. Program Fees: Lessons are available in 1/2 hour, 45 minute and 1 hour slots. Please call or email for pricing.

Chamber Music: Private Chamber Music Coaching is also available through the Cello Studio. Pre-formed groups or individuals looking for a group may sign up for the Chamber Music Program. The program involves weekly coachings as well as at least two concerts a year and the opportunity to be involved in masterclasses with other groups. Playing chamber music is a great way to have fun and improve your playing!
